PLANNING CUSTOM-FIT SOLUTIONS
Following the specifications of our customers, we create a 3D model of the article, which is optimally implemented in a production-oriented manner. Since we are having continuously dialogues with our experts, all mold-specific requirements are influenced in the design through the planning stage. This minimises error sources during later project stages like mold design and manufacturing.
3D PRINTING, VACUUM CASTING, LASER SINTERING
To give our costumer a first impression of the product, the check form, the function and also to realistically represent the details of the product, we are able to build different sorts of prototypes. Concluding, design errors on the serial product will be avoided and changes can be carried out quickly and cost-efficiently in this development stage. Various production processes such as 3D printing, vacuum casting or sintering are available for prototyping.
DESIGNING, MANUFACTURING AND SAMPLING
The heart of the project is the mold making because the quality of a part has a significant impact on the mold. Latest technology and knowledge guarantee quality and precision at the highest level – from mold designing to the manufacturing process and finally to the first sampling. All molds are going through the sampling process up to the series maturity. Also, continuous quality checks guarantee consistently high quality standards.
FULL SCALE PRODUCTION OF THE INJECTION MOULDED PART
The idea resulted in a product! Tailored to you as a customer, we produce your product in the desired quantity. There are more than 100 injection-molding machines from 20 to 1000 t clamping force, which can be used to produce part weights between half a gram and eight kilograms. Plastics in best form!
